Support to client companies interested in integrating the 3D design protocol into their production chain:

  • Guide in choosing the 3D design programs best suited to the client company’s value proposition
  • Client internal company team training
  • Support during the integration phase of virtual 3D processes into the supply chain

Using the new 3D design and prototyping technologies, we can create virtual collections, on avatars built based on the morphological characteristics and measurements of our client’s models, which we detect through 4D body scanners.

By designing with virtual prototypes, it is possible to make the appropriate assessments and promptly make all the necessary changes, before proceeding with the purchase of raw materials and before moving to physical prototyping, with a considerable saving of time, waste and money.

The ability to create virtual collections faithful to reality at 95%, allows you to check the satisfaction of consumers in advance, solving the problem of advance purchases and the production of useless samples, which constitute the highest cost and waste for a clothing company.

With the aid of the integrated 3D CAD system, we can produce patterns, developments and placements, to be sent directly to the cutting departments of client companies or outsourced laboratories, with a margin of error almost equal to zero.
